The PURGE - getting rid of vanilla users in bulk

After the success and first ban of the DAO, it’s time for “The Purge”.

After successfully testing the banning flow with the previous vote, we are going to tackle all validators with their last 3 blocks being vanilla in a single vote.

1st we’ll have a look at @flisko’s vanilla tracker on the forum, where we see 1 validator that has reached the 3 vanillas in a row since the script is running.

Secondly, we’ll look at @mrYukon’s tool:

If these users are banned, they can be accepted back into the pool by depositing via a simple transfer or a donation to the pool address with the amount marked above as “Total owed to the pool”.
