Not receiving transaction fees

I have never received execution layer transaction fees so far.
In advanced editor of Config page of Prism client I see two identical fields: FEE_RECIPIENT_ADDRESS.
One of them, for the Validator, has my ETH address that I entered before the Merge.
The other one, for Beacon Cain, is empty.
Why are there two identical fields?
Can having left empty one of them, namely for Beacon Chain, be the reason of not getting transaction fees?

I resolved the question on my own. Actually, I have being receiving the transaction fees. They increase the address balance in the wallet but are not visible in the wallet as incoming transactions, that was the reason of my confusion.
