No access to our new dappnode

We setup a new DAppNode and had access during WIFI.

We changed the host user password as recommended.

After a reboot we have neither access through WIFI nor through VPN and we can’t login into the node, so we would prefer an addwise what to do?! I would prefer a NEW setup!
