I have an Intel NUC staking with dappnode and I noticed I was getting a lot of missing frames via something called security onion (Zeek). Here are more details. Turns out there are some issues with I226-V drivers. After disabling ASPM in BIOS for my networks cards it fixed the problem.
If anything else has noticed issue with performance and their Intel NUC might be worth looking at.
