Goerli Erigon is not syncing

I am setting up a Goerli-Prater validator node.
After the Erigon - Nimbus - web3Signer setup, and having the snapshot downloaded, the node is in the following status:

I have a few questions:

why is Goerli Erigon not syncing?
it has been about 3 hrs and Nimbus is at ~80k/5M. Is it really using a snapshot, how can I speed up this process?
in the Repository Source in the Chain status screenshot, can I switch the Full node to local? I see the Repository tab on the side, but I believe it is only managing for the mainnet.
Is the “Unknown error: undefined” followed something I should worry about?
To run the staking for testnet, I need to get 32 GoerliETH. How do people get that amount of testnet tokens to test run staking? Or is there some pool I can join to run a testnet validator?
