Hi support team,
FYI: I’m a rookie who bought a DAppNode, and managed to set up a Goerli Eth validator. Can anyone help me solve the following issue? Wireguard remote access is not working. Another maybe related issue is that autodiagnosis gives two red crosses as shown below:

Any suggestions?

Additional information: based on research, I already activated UPnP in my existing router.
